Privacy
We collect only the details you choose to provide: name, agency, phone, city, package, listing count, languages, target date and additional notes. We use them to discuss your request and provide the service. The form prepares a message on your device; it does not automatically send it or save it in a website database. When you open WhatsApp and send it, WhatsApp also processes data under its own policy. The hosting service may process technical logs needed for operation and security. This version does not add advertising or marketing analytics tools.
Privacy requests & retention
Contact contact@mhsitebuild.com to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Service correspondence is retained as needed to fulfill the request and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Proposed retention for preview inquiries that do not become projects is 90 days after the last contact. Hosting provider details and processing locations must be confirmed before launch.
Service terms & payment
The package, content and project scope are agreed in writing before work starts. Website fees are SAR 1,499, SAR 3,999 or SAR 6,499, payable in full. Delivery is within one week; the starting point is agreed after payment and required content are received. The client is responsible for content accuracy, rights to photos and logos, listings and required licenses. Unapproved claims or information are not published. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately before execution. Tax treatment is clarified in the quotation and invoice before payment.
Hosting & maintenance
Hosting costs SAR 149 monthly or SAR 1,249 annually, in addition to the website fee. It includes hosting, maintenance, updates, technical support, domain renewal and SSL. Good includes 5 monthly revisions; Better and Best include 10. Each listing upload costs SAR 10, separate from revisions. Packages do not include an admin dashboard. Revision scope, domain renewal eligibility and response expectations are agreed in writing before contracting; no specific response-time or uptime guarantee is advertised.
Cancellation & renewal
To cancel or prevent renewal, contact us by email before the next renewal date. The service end date and file/domain handover options are confirmed in writing. This website does not enable automatic billing or charge a payment method. Renewal arrangements and any notice period are agreed with the client before payment.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed against the work stage, services delivered, written agreement and applicable statutory rights. This draft does not impose a no-refund rule or limit statutory rights. Proposed schedule: full website-fee refund before work begins; after work starts, refund the undelivered portion against documented, agreed milestones. If we cannot deliver, refund the undelivered service. For annual hosting, review refunds for full unused months, with any paid, non-refundable domain cost disclosed before agreement. Statutory rights apply whenever they provide greater protection.
Cookies & external content
The site’s application code does not use advertising or visitor-tracking cookies. The hosting platform may use necessary security or access cookies. Contact pages include embedded Google Maps loaded from Google when displayed; Google’s policy applies to that content. WhatsApp opens when its link is selected. If analytics or tracking tools are added later, this policy and consent controls must be updated before activation.
